The UN Security Council came up on Sunday with a “good text” of the draft resolution on Aleppo, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin told reporters on Sunday.
“We’ve put in some good hours of work and have a good text, and we agreed to vote on it tomorrow morning,” Russia Today website quoted Churkin as saying.
Earlier, Churkin affirmed that the French draft resolution to deploy international observers in Aleppo is dangerous and unenforceable, noting that Moscow would not support it.
