German police on Wednesday are hunting for a Tunisian man in his 20's believed to be the driver of a truck that rampaged through a Berlin Christmas market, killing 12 people and wounding dozens in an attack claimed by the ISIS jihadist group.
The Der Speigel magazine reported that the Tunisian suspect's asylum application documents were found inside the truck. The report named the man as Anis A., from the city Tataouine in Tunisia.
The Bild newspaper said that multiple passports linked to the man were found, placing his age between 21 and 23 years of age, and listing different aliases.
Police have not confirmed the reports.
The Police had previously noted that more than one attacker may be on the run and possibly armed, according to BBC News.
