The president of the United States intends to sign a bill approved by Congress which tightens sanctions against Russia, White House spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Friday.
In a statement, Sanders said that Donald Trump has already reviewed the "final version" of the bill, approved it and "intends to sign it."
