Πολλοί μιλούν για επανάληψη της "πορτοκαλί" επανάστασης του 2004, ακόμα και για κοινά με την "εξέγερση" του Δεκέμβρη του 2008 στην Ελλάδα, που στην ουσία σήμανε το τέλος της κυβέρνησης Καραμανλή. Και στις δύο περιπτώσεις οι υπάρχουσες κυβερνήσεις ήταν ενοχλητικές για ΗΠΑ και ΕΕ.
Τα συνεχόμενα επεισόδια που ξεκινούν με την μορφή ειρηνικών διαδηλώσεων που στην πορεία μετατρέπονται σε πολεμικές συγκρούσεις, είναι ο ασφαλέστερος τρόπος για να πέσει η μη συμμορφούμενη με τα δυτικά πρότυπα κυβέρνηση. Η οποία κυβέρνηση από την πλευρά της, αρνείται την οποιαδήποτε ανάμειξή της στις δολοφονίες.
Ο πρόεδρος της ΕΕ Ζοσέ Μανουέλ Μπαρόζο δήλωσε ότι "η ΕΕ έχει σοκαριστεί από τους θανάτους". Δεν αναφέρθηκε ωστόσο σε πιθανές κυρώσεις, λέγοντας ότι είναι πρώιμο να πει κανείς ποιες θα μπορούσαν να είναι οι δράσεις αυτές. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν μπορεί να επιβληθούν αποτελεσματικές κυρώσεις στο Κίεβο, καθώς οι Ουκρανοί πήραν οικονομική βοήθεια από την Ρωσία.
Βέβαια εδώ υπάρει μια εγγενής αντίφαση: Ενώ στις ευρωπαϊκές χώρες σχηματίζεται ένα δυνατό πλειοψηφικό ρεύμα κατά της ΕΕ -και αυτό θα αποτυπωθεί με σαφήνεια στις ευρωεκλογές- παρουσιάζεται από την άλλη η πλειοψηφία των Ουκρανών να επιθυμεί να εισέλθει στα μνημονιακά και άλλα καλά που βιώνουν χώρες όπως η δική μας, ως μέρος αυτής της συγκεκριμένης ΕΕ και των ανάλγητων χαρτογιακάδων της. Αυτό δύσκολα μπορεί να αποδειχθεί, την ώρα που πολλές χώρες μέσα στην Ευρωπαική Ένωση παραπαίουν, ιδίως αυτές του χειμαζόμενου ευρωπαικού νότου. Ενδεχομένως οι Ουκρανοί εκείνοι που φλέγονται από πόθο ένταξης στην ΕΕ, να έπρεπε να περάσουν μια βόλτα από την Ελλάδα, για να διαπιστώσουν άμεσα τι σημαίνει απώλεια εθνικής κυριαρχίας και ανεξαρτησίας, τι σημαίνει τρόικα, και πως εισπράττει η ελληνική κοινωνία την διάλυσή της, με τις επιταγές και ευλογίες των Βρυξελλών...

'Western economic and financial system is only surviving thanks to wars' - expert ....
ReplyDeleteGlobal economy is likely to gain momentum in 2014 as headwinds abate, though the pictures may vary in different countries. The Voice of Russia talked to Peter Koenig, Swiss financial expert, former World Bank economist, author of "Implosion: Implosion: An Economic Thriller about War, Environmental Destruction and Corporate Greed".
It has been a longtime dogma of the neoliberal western economics that the emerging economies, i.e. BRICS, MINT (Mexico, Indonesia, Nigeria, Turkey), countries from South-East Asia etc can't form a viable economic circuit and ensure sustainable growth without the capital and 'innovations' of the developed countries and the world's financial institutions like the IMF or transnational banks like Goldman Sachs. Do you believe that this dogma is right or this dogma is wrong?
This dogma is a myth and neoliberal wishful thinking. Let’s take the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) – they have already created their own development bank during the 5th BRICS summit in Durban last March with an initial reserve fund of $100 billion equivalent.
This reserve will serve several purposes. First of all, to leverage funding for development projects, mainly I believe in infrastructure and productive sectors.
Secondly, also to help forestall short-term liquidity pressures and strengthen the financial stability of the respective countries thereby complementing the so-called international financial safety nets generously, I must say, offered by the Bretton Woods institutions – IMF and World Bank.
In other words, the reserve is like a fund to buy the BRICS independence from the fangs of the money sharks. And then, the third reason or the third purpose of this fund – the BRICS development bank and its initial reserve funds will be a corner stone for a future BRICS central bank.
The central bank, much like the European Central Bank, should act as a central bank, not as a watchdog and implementer of the Fed- and Wall Street-drive neoliberal financial agenda, which is ruining member countries’ economies.
I'm thinking of Greece, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Italy and others may follow soon. Ukraine: l'opposition rejette la proposition du poste de Premier ministre...
ReplyDeleteLe président ukrainien Viktor Ianoukovitch a proposé samedi aux chefs de l'opposition Arséni Iatseniouk et Vitali Klitschko de diriger le gouvernement, et s'est dit prêt à une révision de la Constitution pour réduire ses pouvoirs, a annoncé la présidence dans un communiqué. Cette proposition a été rejetée par l'opposition samedi soir.
Arséni Iatséniouk, chef du parti de l'opposante emprisonnée Ioulia Timochenko, s'est vu proposer le poste de Premier ministre et l'ex-boxeur Vitali Klitschko celui de vice-Premier ministre chargé des Affaires humanitaires, a précisé la présidence après des négociations menées à la présidence.
"Proposer des amendements à la Constitution"
La présidence, citant le conseiller du président Andriï Portnov, a précisé que Viktor Ianoukovitch avait accepté la création d'un groupe de travail chargé de "modifier la législation sur les référendums et peut-être, via ce mécanisme, de proposer des amendements à la Constitution".
