The special Commission of the Brazilian Congress approved the impeachment of the President

A special Commission of the Brazilian Congress with representatives from all political parties in the country endorsed the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff. It is reported Reuters. The vote in Parliament scheduled for Sunday.

More than half (38 of 75) members of the Commission voted in favor of the issuance of the impeachment. In their opinion, there are sufficient grounds to start the procedure. The vote was accompanied by many hours of debates and mass demonstrations.

If the impeachment vote of two-thirds of deputies, the question of confidence will do for further consideration in the Senate. In the upper house to remove Rousseff from power will be enough simple majority.

In case of an impeachment of its authority will be automatically suspended. The duties of the President during the trial will form, according to Brazilian legislation, to the Vice-President Michel Temer, the President of the Party of the Brazilian democratic movement...
