Latvian military saw its borders four Russian aircraft

In the National armed forces (NAF) of Latvia stated that over the Baltic sea near the borders of the country were recorded by four Russian warplanes.


“Two su-27 aircraft and two An-26 29 may identified over neutral waters of the Baltic sea near territorial waters of Latvia”, — quotes the edition of a message the NAF on Twitter.

Earlier on Sunday it became known that the UK authorities are considering sending in the Baltic countries Panzer group in the framework of NATO. The final decision should be taken at the July summit of the military unit in Warsaw.

Moscow has repeatedly stressed that all flights by Russian air and space forces of movement and ships are committed in strict compliance with international legal norms.
