Poll: Trump narrowed the gap from Clinton to 4%

A new survey by the Pew Research Center 9-16 August, showed that the gap between the candidate for US presidents from Democratic party Hillary Clinton and Republican candidate Donald trump is just 4%, according to USA Today.


Previously conducted surveys in recent weeks showed more significant advantage over Clinton trump.

According to a survey by the Pew Research Center, if elections were held today, Clinton would have voted 41% of voters, trump’s 37%. However, 10% are ready to vote for the candidate of the libertarian party, Gary Johnson, and 4% – for the candidate from the green party Jill Stein.

Only 27% of respondents believe that trump would be a «good or great» President, 55% believe that it would be «bad or terrible» President, 15% believe that it would be «average» President.

Attitude to Clinton a little better. Only 31% believe that it would be «good or great» President, 45% – «bad or terrible», 22% – «average».
