US President-elect Donald Trump could bring about a "detente" between Russia and NATO, easing the tensions on Europe's Eastern edge, where intergovernmental military alliance is amassing forces near the Russian border, a Kremlin spokesman told Associated Press on Friday.
Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying Russia sees "NATO’s muscles ... getting bigger and bigger and closer and closer to Russian borders."
