Pentagon denies U.S. military coordination with Russia in Syria

U.S. Department of Defense spokesmen, Adrian Rankine-Galloway, told Sputnik News that the USA has not carried out coordinated airstrikes with Russia in Syria. Specifically, he said "The Department of Defense is not coordinating airstrikes with the Russian military in Syria."


Adrian did state that the two countries have opened and maintained a channel of communication, for safety purposes.
