The evacuation of civilians and militiamen from the besieged Syrian towns of Madaya, al-Zabadani, al-Fuah and Kefriya began Friday, following an agreement between the government and opposition to pacify these localities.
The Syrian [so-called] "Observatory for Human Rights" reported that buses carrying the evacuees left Friday morning from the town of Madaya, on the outskirts of Damascus, as well as al-Fuah and Kefriya, in the northeastern province of Idlib, but did not mention al-Zabadani, which was also included in the agreement.
