Yemeni interior ministry on Monday confirmed that former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh has been killed in clashes with the country's popular forces, the Arabic-language media reported.

A senior official with Yemen’s Houthi Ansarullah movement confirmed the death of the country's ousted president, Ali Abdullah Saleh, saying he was killed while escaping from the capital Sana’a.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking to Tasnim on Monday, Majid al-Bukhaiti said Abdullah Saleh was killed on Monday while escaping from Sana’a to the central province of Ma’arib.
The situation in the capital is “stable” and under control now, he added.
Also, Yemen’s Interior Ministry, governed by the Supreme Political Council, confirmed Saleh’s death of Saleh.
