EE.UU. suspende la mayor parte de su ayuda de seguridad a Pakistán

El Gobierno de Estados Unidos informó hoy de que suspenderá la mayor parte de su ayuda para seguridad a Pakistán hasta que el Ejecutivo de ese país dé pasos "decisivos" contra grupos terroristas que "desestabilizan la región y amenazan intereses de EEUU".


Así lo anunció la portavoz del Departamento de Estado, Heather Nauert, en una rueda de prensa en la que aseguró que ese dinero se congelará, es decir, no se asignará a ninguna otra partida, para mantener una "necesaria flexibilidad" sobre la decisión.
