Death toll from the earthquake in the Turkish city of Izmir rises to 91 – Syrian Arab News Agency

The death toll from the powerful earthquake that struck Aegean sea last Friday, off the city of Izmir, in western Turkey, has risen to 91, and more than 155 people have been injured who are still undergoing treatment.

The Anadolu Agency, quoted the Emergency and Disaster Management (AFAD) as saying that “91 citizens, all in Izmir, were killed, and two other young men were killed on the Greek island of Samos in the earthquake, indicating that 962 people were injured.
