The U.S. has no hostile intentions toward North Korea,... and its vows to further strengthen cooperation with related countries for the swift resumption of talks with Pyeongyang. This came during Wednesday's meeting of South Korea's National Security Council.
Members also highlighted Washington's proposal for talks... as well as the need for the international community to engage with North Korea for the denuclearization the Peninsula.
While evaluating the defense minister's recent trip to Egypt and Oman,... the NSC agreed to expand cooperation to support the safe passage of international vessels and for the eradication of pirates.
