US military aid pushes Ukraine toward revenge, Russian Embassy in Washington says – Syrian Arab News Agency

The Russian embassy in Washington has affirmed that the supply of US weapons to Ukraine pushes the Kiev authorities, which are seeking revenge, towards a military solution to the situation in the Donbass region in the east of the country.

In a statement today, the embassy urged the United States to compel Kiev to fulfill its obligations regarding the Minsk agreements, noting that Russia is not a party to the conflict.

On the other hand, the embassy commented on the statements of Ned Price, Spokesperson at the U.S. Department of State, on the necessity of implementing the Minsk agreements and considered them a positive sign.

The US Department of Defense announced yesterday its intention to send additional forces to Romania, Poland and Germany.
