French Ambassador summoned to Russian Foreign Ministry over arms supplies to Ukraine

On Thursday, French Ambassador to Russia Pierre Levy was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry for clarification regarding arms supplies to Ukraine. This was reported in the Foreign Ministry.

“On the Russian side, it was pointed out the threats arising from the increase in the supply of weapons and equipment to the Kyiv regime, the build-up of training programs for the training of the Ukrainian military,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The ambassador was also told that it was unacceptable to create obstacles to delay the convening and disruption of important meetings of the UN Security Council or to deprive Russian representatives of the opportunity to fully participate in them.

Recall that recently there was information that France is already engaged in military training of Ukrainian soldiers. The country allegedly conducts specialized training for military personnel.

The UK is also involved in the training of the AFU fighters. In the United Kingdom, basic training is provided.
