American journalist Semur Hersh said that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is helping the United States hide information about the sabotage at Nord Stream.

According to RIA Novosti, the journalist has information that the CIA and German intelligence were asked to prepare an alternative story about the Nord Stream explosions for the media.

According to Hersh, during Scholz's visit to the United States, sabotage of gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea was discussed.

He noted that if Scholz did not know in advance about the impending sabotage, then since autumn he has been helping the United States in hiding data about the explosions.
