United States called illegal restrictions on flights over the Black Sea

The United States is not going to comply with Russia's demands for a temporary restriction of flights over the Black Sea. 

This was stated by the coordinator of strategic communications at the National Security Council, John Kirby, calling the Russian restrictions illegal and stating that US air assets would continue to fly in the area.

    “They can say whatever they want… about the restrictions. We do not comply with them. They're illegal," Kirby said.
