Russia's Deputy Security Council Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday that negotiations with Ukraine are "impossible" as long as President Volodymyr Zelensky was in power, the TASS news agency reported.
"Everything always ends in negotiations, and this is inevitable, but as long as these people are in power, the situation for Russia will not change in terms of negotiations," Medvedev was quoted as saying.
