Israel says it will attack Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon as it ‘sees fit’

There was a continuation of the exchanges of fire on Israel’s northern border and the southern Lebanese border.

The latest Israeli strikes killed four members of Hezbollah in the southern Lebanese town of Naqoura. Reportedly, all were members of Hezbollah and one of them, according to Lebanese media, was quite a senior official in the southern part of the country.

The Israeli army released a statement saying that they had been targeting Hezbollah sites in the southern part of Lebanon and that they were going to retaliate however they saw fit.
