Ukraine receives from the West hand-held Stinger anti-air missiless from the time of the Afghan conflict in 1979-1989, CNN reported.
Ukrainian air defense troops told the TV company that they had received from the West "unboxed crates of Western-donated hand-held Stinger anti-air missiles," which were produced during the period of participation of Soviet troops in the war in Afghanistan, that is, they were "decades older than some of the soldiers" of the Ukrainian armed forces.
