Estonia and Lithuania say no foreign aircraft violated their air space
“The plane (it was a military transport Ilyushin-76 of the Russian Air Force - TASS) was flying over neutral waters in the zone of reaction stipulated by the North Atlantic Alliance for the Baltic countries. When any aircraft enters this zone, NATO fighters are obligatorily scrambled,” the ministry said, adding that it was a standard procedure.

Estonian military say Russian aircraft violated Estonia’s air space
A Russian Ilyushin-20 reconnaissance plane violated Estonia’s air space on Tuesday, the General Staff of the Estonian Defence Forces said on Wednesday.
The Estonian military claim that the Russian aircraft stayed in Estonia’s air space for about one minute and penetrated into the Estonian territory by 500 metres. This incident was allegedly registered by the Estonian air traffic control centre.
“The aircraft had no mission plan, its transponder was switched off. The plane did not come into radio contact with the Estonian Air Transport Service,” the General Staff said.

Russia says Latvian FM’s statement ‘cynical attempt to mislead international community’
Russia’s Foreign Ministry said on Thursday it was bewildered by the Latvian Foreign Ministry’s statement on a speech by Konstantin Dolgov, the Russian foreign ministry's human rights commissioner, at a regional conference with ethnic Russians of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
“Latvia’s Foreign Ministry claims that Moscow’s accusations against Riga over the unfavorable human rights situation in Latvia are groundless, and that in fact that country is ‘part of the free, democratic world and is proud that its residents, all of its residents, just as in all the other European Union states, are ensured all fundamental rights and freedoms’,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a commentary.

EU urges "immediate release" of Estonian policeman held by Russia
Brussels: The European Union on Thursday called for the "immediate release" of an Estonian policeman detained by Russia and charged with espionage, in a case that has fuelled tensions between Moscow and Tallinn.
"We are concerned by the abduction on September 5 of Estonian police officer Eston Kohver by the Russian security services on Estonian territory," a spokesperson for the EU`s diplomatic service said in a statement.

Estonia seeks Russia's explanation after alleged abduction of security official (media)

Russia denies brief violation into Finnish western airspace
A Russian aircraft was suspected to have violated Finnish air space
briefly on Saturday, just before 1600 GMT, said the Finnish Ministry of
Defence.
Finnish Prime Minister Alexander Stubb said on Sunday that he had received a sufficient report about the incident and that no drama had been involved.
The ministry described the aircraft as a Russian state aircraft which could mean a military plane or other plane in governmental use. Russia has denied that its aircraft violated Finnish air space on Saturday.

Responding to journalists’ questions on claims by the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that NATO was not respecting its bilateral agreements with Russia, the NATO Secretary General said:
