(Belga) Les Etats membres de l'Union européenne se sont entendus vendredi pour doter de 5 milliards d'euros d'ici à 2027 la "facilité européenne pour la paix", un nouvel instrument extrabudgétaire qui financera des opérations extérieures ayant des implications militaires ou dans le domaine de la défense.
