El papa despide 2017 divulgando una imagen de un niño cargando a su hermano muerto

Uno de los últimos gestos del año 2017 del papa Francisco ha sido la difusión de una imagen para denunciar el horror de la guerra.

Se trata de una instantánea tomada por el fotógrafo estadounidense Joseph Roger O'Donnell en 1945 después del bombardeo atómico de Nagasaki por parte de Estados Unidos durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. La imagen muestra a un pequeño de diez años que guarda cola en un crematorio con el cadáver de su hermano menor atado a la espalda.
