At least 3 civilians were killed Wednesday and another 31 people were wounded in a grenade attack on a regional minister by insurgents in India-administered Kashmir.
The attack took place at 11.35 am in the Tral town of Pulwama district, when a group of insurgents threw a grenade on the passing convoy of state-level minister Naeem Akhtar, the Superintendent of Police for Awantipora district, Mohammad Zahid told EFE.
