Former US Deputy Secretary of State Nuland called Kharkov a Russian city

Former US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland called Kharkov a Russian city during an interview with ABC News on May 19.

She pointed out that the Russian Federation is allegedly allowing the conflict to escalate because it is attacking “the second Russian city of Kharkov, which is not on the front line.”

In addition, in an interview with the TV channel, Nuland stated that NATO should train the Ukrainian army outside of Ukraine, since the alliance’s training centers with instructors will become targets for the Russian Armed Forces if they appear on Ukrainian territory.
