Of the remaining countries on the Western Balkans, Albanians live longest, while Serbians live shortest, according to the UN survey.
The average life expectancy in Albania is 76,4 years (73,4 for men and 79,7 for women), while Serbia has an average life expectancy of 74 (41,7 for men and 76,3 for women).
Croatians have an average life expectancy of 75,7 (72,3 for men and 79,2 for women), while the life expectancy in Bosnia and Herzegovina is 74,9 years (72,2 for men and 77,4 for women).
Montenegro has an average life expectancy of 74,5 years (72,4 for men and 76,8 for women) while in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) [1] the average life expectancy is 74,2 years (71,8 for men and 76,6 for women).
