La central de la Interpol en Lyon respondió de forma negativa a la consulta hecha por las autoridades griegas. Las pruebas de ADN enviadas no muestran ninguna correspondencia con los registros de las 606 personas que la red policial tiene registradas como desaparecidas en todo el mundo.
En la lista de Interpol hay 61 niños aproximadamente de la misma edad que la niña, llamada María.
La pequeña, de unos cinco años, fue hallada el domingo en un asentamiento gitano en Grecia durante una redada policial. La pareja con la que vivía se encuentra detenida, bajo sospecha de haberla secuestrado, y María está ahora al cuidado de la organización de protección de menores La Sonrisa del Niño.
El caso ha tenido consecuencias también en el ayuntamiento de Atenas, donde el alcalde, Jorgos Kaminis, suspendió a cuatro altos cargos del Registro Civil.
El hallazgo de la niña destapó graves irregularidades en el Registro Civil de la capital, donde la niña había sido registrada por primera vez este año y con papeles falsos.

Interpol: Δεν ήταν στη λίστα μας η «Μαρία»...
ReplyDeleteΚανένα από τα αναζητούμενα παιδιά στην παγκόσμια λίστα της Ιντερπόλ δεν έχει οποιαδήποτε σχέση με την πεντάχρονη «Μαρία», που βρέθηκε πριν από μερικές ημέρες στον καταυλισμό των Ρομά στα Φάρσαλα.
Την απάντηση αυτή φέρονται να έδωσαν στην ΕΛΑΣ πριν από λίγες ώρες οι κεντρικές υπηρεσίες της διεθνούς αστυνομίας, με έδρα τη Λυόν.
Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, αξιωματικοί της ΕΛ.ΑΣ., οι αξιωματικοί της ελληνικής αστυνομίας εκτιμούν ότι ένα από τα επικρατέστερα σενάρια είναι η μικρή να βρέθηκε στα χέρια των Ρομά μετά την εξάρθρωση κυκλώματος παράνομων υιοθεσιών μέσω Βουλγαρίας την περίοδο 2008 - 2010 ή να έχει «διακινηθεί» μεταξύ Ρομά σε διάφορες χώρες της Ευρώπης.

Blonde girl, 7, removed from Dublin Roma family...
ReplyDeletePolice in the Republic of Ireland have removed a seven-year-old blonde girl from a Roma family in Dublin.
The girl was taken into care after officers called to a house in Tallaght on Monday afternoon.
They saw a number of children, including the seven-year-old girl who has blonde hair and blue eyes.
The parents told police the child was their daughter, but officers were not satisfied with the explanation nor with the documents that were produced.
The Sunday World newspaper reported that a birth certificate was believed to have eventually been produced but officers were not satisfied with it.
The paper reported that although the couple claimed the child was born in the Coombe hospital in Dublin in 2006, the hospital had no record of the child being born on the date quoted by the parents.
The child was removed from the family under powers in the Child Care Act.
It is understood the child is now in the care of the Health Service Executive.
It is believed it will make an application to the courts for a temporary care order.
Police had been told by a member of the public that a six or seven-year-old girl was living with a large Roma family and looked nothing like any of her siblings.
Last week a young blonde girl was found during a raid on a Roma camp in central Greece.
Appeal
A Roma couple have been formally charged with abducting the girl, named Maria, and have been placed in detention pending a trial.
DNA tests showed that she was not related to the couple, who insist they were given her legitimately.
Maria is being cared for by a charity in Athens, which has received more than 8,000 calls after an appeal.
The case has brought a response from two families in the UK with long-missing children.
Ben Needham from Sheffield disappeared aged 21 months while on a family holiday on the Greek island of Kos in 1991. His sister said the discovery of the blonde-haired girl in central Greece gave them "great hope".
A spokesman for Kate and Gerry McCann, whose three-year-old daughter Madeleine went missing in Portugal in 2007, said the case also gave them hope that she would one day be found alive.

Another girl taken from Roma family in Ireland....

It has only been a week since the mysterious blonde girl known only as Maria was saved from a Roma family in Greece, after DNA tests revealed that the girl had no relation with the couple who claimed to be her parents. Now, in an almost identical case, a 7-year-old blonde girl has been taken by the Irish authorities after questions were raised regarding her birth certificate.
A member of public told the police after discovering the child, who bore no resemblance to the rest of her family members.
The Sunday World newspaper claimed that her so called parents produced a birth certificate showing that she was born in Coombe hospital in Dublin 2006, but after an investigation the hospital revealed that it had no records of the girl being born there on the given date.
She was later removed under the authority of the Child Care Act and is now being looked after by the Health Service Executive.
These discoveries have raised hopes for families of children who have gone missing without a trace years ago.

Νέα «περίπτωση Μαρίας» στην Ιρλανδία...
DeleteΈνα κορίτσι περίπου επτά ετών με ξανθά μαλλιά και μπλε μάτια, απομάκρυνε η ιρλανδική αστυνομία από καταυλισμό Ρομά στο νότιο Δουβλίνο, το απόγευμα της Δευτέρας.
Σύμφωνα με την τοπική εφημερίδα Sunday World, η αστυνομία έλαβε ειδοποίηση περί ενός κοριτσιού που ζούσε με μια οικογένεια αθίγγανων έχοντας εντελώς διαφορετικά χαρακτηριστικά.
Τα διεθνή μέσα ενημέρωσης και η αστυνομία εκτιμούν ότι η ειδοποίηση από μέλος του κοινού έγινε στον απόηχο των εξελίξεων με τη μικρή Μαρία στην Ελλάδα.
Το ζευγάρι των αθίγγανων στο Δουβλίνο υποστηρίζει ότι το κορίτσι είναι κόρη τους. Σύμφωνα με την εφημερίδα, αρχικά οι φερόμενοι ως γονείς δεν μπόρεσαν να παρουσιάσουν πιστοποιητικό γέννησης του κοριτσιού. Όταν τελικά εμφάνισαν ένα πιστοποιητικό που ανέφερε ότι το κορίτσι είχε γεννηθεί τον Απρίλιο του 2006 σε νοσοκομείο του Δουβλίνου και ένα διαβατήριο, η αστυνομία δεν πείστηκε.
Το νοσοκομείο φέρεται να μην έχει στα μητρώα του καταχωρημένη τη συγκεκριμένη γέννηση, ενώ η φωτογραφία στο διαβατήριο, φωτογραφία ενός μωρού, δεν έχει προφανή ομοιότητα με το κορίτσι.
Τελικά η επτάχρονη μεταφέρθηκε σε εγκαταστάσεις των υπηρεσιών πρόνοιας, ενώ η αστυνομία συνεχίζει τις έρευνες. Είναι πιθανή η διενέργεια τεστ DNA για να διαπιστωθεί αν όντως το ζευγάρι λέει αλήθεια. BBC: Η Ελλάδα είναι "κόμβος trafficking" εμπορίας παιδιών...
DeleteΔιευρύνουν τις αναφορές τους στην υπόθεση της μικρής Μαρίας τα βρετανικά μέσα ενημέρωσης στρέφοντας την προσοχή τους στα κυκλώματα εμπορίας ανηλίκων και βρεφών που όπως σημειώνουν λειτουργούν στην Ευρώπη και ιδίως στα Βαλκάνια.
Οι Times παραθέτουν στοιχεία του 2010 από έκθεση της Κομισιόν που ανέφερε ότι το 78% των πάνω από 3.300 πολιτών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης που είχαν αναγνωριστεί ως θύματα trafficking προερχόταν από τη Βουλγαρία και τη Ρουμανία.
Μιλώντας εξάλλου στο BBC ο Λάμπρος Κανελλόπουλος από τη UNICEF Ελλάδας αναφέρει ότι αυτή τη στιγμή υπάρχουν περισσότερα από 3.000 παιδιά που περνούν από την Ελλάδα την οποία χρησιμοποιούν ως «διαμετακομιστικό» σταθμό τα κυκλώματα εμπορίας ανηλίκων. Τα κυκλώματα αυτά φέρονται να έχουν ως έδρα κυρίως τη Βουλγαρία και τη Ρουμανία ή και άλλες χώρες της Βαλκανικής. Ο κ. Κανελλόπουλος προσθέτει ότι η Ελλάδα χρησιμοποιείται ως «κόμβος trafficking» λόγω της γεωγραφικής της θέσης, αλλά και εξαιτίας των «αναποτελεσματικών διαδικασιών αποτροπή και δίωξης» του φαινομένου.
Αξιωματούχος των ελληνικών αρχών ασφαλείας που μιλά στους Times υπό καθεστώς ανωνυμίας αναφέρει πως γίνεται πια προφανές ότι οι Ρομά με τους οποίους μεγάλωνε η Μαρία είναι «μαριονέτες σε ένα μεγαλύτερο θέατρο εμπορίας ανηλίκων στα Βαλκάνια».
Ο δεύτερος βασικός προβληματισμός των βρετανικών ΜΜΕ έχει να κάνει με τη δράση και την αντιμετώπιση της κοινότητας των αθίγγανων. "Je veux Maria, je suis sa mère! Je veux Maria, je ne la laisserai plus jamais (partir) en Grèce", a expliqué Sacha Rousseva, 35 ans, dans sa première interview depuis l'annonce des résultats des tests ADN.
"Je n'ai pas vendu mon enfant, je ne connais pas ces gens" chez lesquels elle a été découverte, a déclaré en pleurs cette petite femme mince au teint mat, aux yeux noirs et aux cheveux bruns. "J'ai fait une erreur, mais je n'ai pas reçu la moindre somme d'argent", a-t-elle insisté.
Le ministère bulgare de l'Intérieur a annoncé le 25 octobre que les parents biologiques de la petite Maria, fillette blonde découverte dans un camp rom du centre de la Grèce le 16 octobre, étaient Sacha Rousseva et Atanas Roussev (38 ans), un couple de Roms bulgares.
Six enfants à élever avec 100 à 150 euros par mois
Ils ont tous les deux le teint mat, mais cinq de leurs neuf autres enfants ont les cheveux blonds, tout comme Maria, ce qui pourrait s'apparenter à de l'albinisme.
Sacha Rousseva a affirmé avoir confié en 2009 Maria née en Grèce, alors âgée de 7 mois, à une femme blonde, qui avait promis de la garder jusqu'à ce que ses parents reviennent la chercher. Cette femme lui aurait fait cette proposition en la voyant pleurer. Sacha et Atanas Roussev ont quitté le ghetto rom de Nikolaevo (centre de Bulgarie) où ils vivent, dès le 25 octobre au matin, avec trois de leurs enfants.
La chaîne de télévision TV7 a annoncé dimanche les avoir emmenés voir des médecins et des avocats. Les Roussev vivent dans une très grande misère avec six de leurs enfants mineurs. Ils vivent des aides sociales, avec "entre 200 et 300 leva (entre 100 et 150 euros) par mois", leur seule rentrée d'argent, a indiqué Sacha Rousseva au cours de l'entretien à TV7.

Her little 12-year-old brother has been upset and not sleeping well since Maria was taken away -- along with their parents. Sometimes he starts sobbing for no apparent reason. But Maria's things are still lying on the bed with the turquoise sheets: a Barbie and a baby doll, two stuffed animals, coloring pens and a small plastic dragon. Delibsi -- 17 years old, yet already married -- sits down on the bed's pillow. She is wearing a scrunchie on her ring finger.
Delibsi is the sister of Maria, the small blond girl whose picture was disseminated by media around the world last week. She's not the biological sister, though, because Delibsi's mother, Eleftheria Dimopoulou, is not Maria's biological mother, as a DNA comparison with the parents has shown. "But does that give them the right to just take her away from us?" asks Delibsi. It's Maria's scrunchie that she has wrapped around her finger.
For over a week, the image of Maria -- a small girl with pigtails, blond hair, light skin and blue-green eyes standing in front of a red wall -- was widely interpreted as an example of all the terrible things that can happen to a child. Ever since police discovered little Maria during a raid on the Roma community in the Greek town of Farsala, there has been speculation about what may have been done to this girl.
Police were actually looking for drugs and weapons, but then they caught sight of this girl who looks so different than the rest of the family -- and that alone sparked suspicions and fueled speculation: Maria could have been abducted or sold to a Roma family that kept the girl as an attraction, just as dancing bears were once led on chains through the towns of Europe. They could have forced her to beg or work for them, it was thought.
Fears Fed by Stereotypes
The medieval myth of the Gypsy who steals light-skinned children -- the subject of countless copperplate prints -- was suddenly revived in people's minds. Here was a small blond girl, "alone among Gypsies," as a Greek tabloid wrote. Die vierjährige Maria soll nach einem möglichen Umzug nach Bulgarien nicht bei ihren leiblichen Eltern aufwachsen, sondern in einer anderen Familie. Die biologischen Eltern, die noch sieben weitere minderjährige Kinder haben, würden nämlich jede Zusammenarbeit mit den Sozialbehörden verweigern, sagte eine Vertreterin der staatlichen "Agentur zum Schutz des Kindes".
Zunächst müsse jedoch die griechische Justiz in den kommenden Tagen entscheiden, wie es mit dem Mädchen weitergeht. Maria war in einem griechischen Roma-Lager in Farsala von der Polizei entdeckt worden.

Bulgaria takes seven of Roma girl's brothers and sisters into care...
ReplyDelete(Reuters) - Bulgarian authorities said on Wednesday they would take into care most of the brothers and sisters of Maria, the four-year-old whose discovery in neighboring Greece captured global attention.
DNA tests have confirmed that Sasha Ruseva, 35, is the biological mother of Maria, whose blue eyes and blonde hair aroused the suspicions of Greek police when they raided a Roma camp this month.
Ruseva and her husband, both Bulgarian Roma, have nine other children aged between 2 and 20 and live in deep poverty, occupying one room in a crumbling house in the town of Nikolaevo, 280 km (170 miles) east of Sofia.
TV footage that showed the children in shabby clothes sleeping on a mud floor and speaking little Bulgarian caused public outrage.
"We decided to accommodate four of the kids with foster families," Diana Kaneva, head of the agency for social assistance in the area, told Reuters on Wednesday.
"Two children will be sent to a state institution and one will be placed with relatives of the family," she said, adding that the measures were temporary and contacts between children and their parents would be encouraged by the social workers.
Two other children are over 18 and not subject to state protection.
Maria, dubbed "the blonde angel" by Greek media, is now in the care of the Athens-based charity Smile of the Child.
On Tuesday, Bulgarian authorities said they would take steps to bring her back to the Balkan country.
Ruseva, who said she left Maria as a seven-month-old baby with another couple in Greece because she was too poor to care for her, has also said she would like to take her back.
Both parents are jobless and live on welfare payments. Ruseva is under investigation over whether she was paid for handing over her child, which she denies. The couple in Greece have been charged there with abducting a minor and detained.
The case has illustrated the plight of Roma gypsies in Bulgaria, the European Union's poorest member state. Many spend their lives close to destitution, illiterate and on the fringes of society.

Εκδικάστηκε η υπόθεση της Μαρίας.....ΕΝ ΑΝΑΜΟΝΗ ΤΗΣ ΔΙΚΑΣΤΙΚΗΣ ΑΠΟΦΑΣΗΣ...
ReplyDeleteΕκδικάστηκε την Τρίτη στο δικαστήριο Εκούσιας Δικαιοδοσίας του Πρωτοδικείου Λάρισας το σε εκκρεμότητα ζήτημα της επιμέλειας της μικρής Μαρίας, η περίπτωση της οποίας συγκλόνισε το πανελλήνιο τον περασμένο Οκτώβριο.
Όπως είναι γνωστό, μετά την αποκάλυψη και τροπή της υπόθεσης με τους δυο αθίγγανους «γονείς» να είναι προφυλακισμένοι -ο άνδρας στις φυλακές Λάρισας και η γυναίκα στις φυλακές Κορυδαλλού- η επιμέλεια του παιδιού ανατέθηκε προσωρινά από την Εισαγγελία στο «Χαμόγελο του Παιδιού».
Στην παρούσα φάση, η νομική διαδικασία αφορά στην οριστική ανάθεση της επιμέλειας στο «Χαμόγελο του Παιδιού» προκειμένου στην συνέχεια να έχει τη δικαιοδοσία να διαχειριστεί το μέλλον του μικρού κοριτσιού. Η σχετική απόφαση αναμένεται να εκδοθεί το επόμενο χρονικό διάστημα.
Οι συνήγοροι υπεράσπισης των δυο αθίγγανων δεν παρέστησαν στη διαδικασία, καθώς θεωρούν το θέμα «τυπικό» και «διαδικαστικό», από τη στιγμή που οι πελάτες τους παραμένουν προφυλακισμένοι, ενώ υπενθυμίζεται ότι έχουν υποβάλει εκ νέου αίτηση αντικατάστασης της προσωρινής κράτησης, η οποία αναμένεται να εξεταστεί.

ReplyDeleteСъдът в Лариса постанови, че благотворителната фондация „Усмивка на детето” получава пълно попечителство на станалата известна като русия ангел Мария, пише „Български новини“.
Мария беше открита през октомври в ромски лагер в Северна Гърция при хора, представили се за нейни родители. Впоследствие след голямо международно разследване родителите бяха открити в България.
