"Humanity will never reach peace with current UNSC": Erdogan. -"Five permanent members have a great accountability and responsibility before history"

Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that humanity will never reach peace with the current UNSC structure at a conference held in Polish capital Warsaw.

“Five permanent members have a great accountability and responsibility before history; problem in Syria can be solved at the moment that five members make a decision,” Erdogan added when he spoke about the ongoing civil war in Syria, also underlining the necessity for NATO to give support to world peace.


Following the conference, PM Erdogan and Mrs.Erdogan joined the dinner given in their honor by Polish PM Donald Task and Mrs. Tusk at the prime ministry.

Erdogan was accompanied during the dinner by some ministers, officials and businesspeople.

PM Erdogan left Warsaw for Istanbul shortly after 10 pm (Turkish Time).
