Ashton’s words on Kiev monopoly on use of force incomprehensible to "human mind"

The Kremlin has stated with regret that the punitive operation in the southeast has been approved and believes that the worlds of EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton on the Kiev authorities’ monopoly on the use of force are incomprehensible to human mind, Russian president’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists.

“We regard as absolutely incomprehensible to human mind the words of certain representatives that the monopoly on the use of force, such a statement was voiced yesterday, should belong to the state of Ukraine,” Peskov said. “Factually, our colleagues in the West thus justify the numerous killings which we currently observe.”

Peskov expressed regret that the words on the state monopoly on force belong to Catherine Ashton. “The thing is that the statement is monstrous in itself against the background of a punitive operation,” Peskov stressed. “That is, a statement has been made in the centre of Europe by Brussels on the monopoly of power on the use of force.
