  1. Cristina Fernández de Kirchner has been charged with trying to cover up Iran's involvement in Argentina's worst terrorist attack...

Prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita charged Fernandez, her Foreign Minister Hector Timerman, lawmaker Andres Larroque and other government supporters for allegedly using a 2013 memorandum with Iran to remove officials from that country from Interpol lists in exchange for trade preferences.

Prosecutors allege that Fernández tried to cover up Iran's involvement in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires so that Argentina would get favorable prices for oil.

Pollicita declared that the investigation will go forward despite the mysterious death of the previous official in charge of the case.

The previous prosecutor, Alberto Nisman was found dead in his apartment on January 18, just a day before he was to present evidence that he claimed linked Fernández to the cover up...................http://sputniknews.com/world/20150213/1018240040.html#ixzz3ReO9rOpJ

  3. Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner may face Argentina bomb probe...

An Argentine prosecutor has asked a federal judge to investigate President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner over allegations she helped cover up Iranian links to a deadly 1994 bombing.

Prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita inherited the case from Alberto Nisman, who was found dead in mysterious circumstances.

The president denies the allegations, with the government calling the probe an "anti-democratic attack".

The attack on a Jewish centre killed 85 people. Iran denies being involved.

The latest prosecutor's move means the judge will have to decide whether to authorise new investigations to prove the president's alleged involvement................http://www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-31463543

  4. Kirchner 'formally accused' in Jewish centre bombing cover-up ...

Argentina’s President Cristina Kirchner was formally accused on Friday of playing a role in a cover-up relating to Iran's alleged involvement in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish centre that killed 85 people, prosecutors said.

The move advances the case against Kirchner that was being pursued by late prosecutor Alberto Nisman before he died mysteriously on the eve of testifying against her before congress.

Nisman was found dead in mysterious circumstances on January 18, a day before he was due to face questions in congress over his 289-page complaint against the president and her foreign minister, Hector Timerman.

In a 61-page document, prosecutors said they saw sufficient evidence to press ahead with Nisman’s allegations against Kirchner in the more than 20-year-old case..................http://www.france24.com/en/20150213-argentina-kirchner-iran-bombing-nisman-formally-accused-prosecutors/
