Siria: Appoggio a opposizioni destabilizza il paese (Dmitry Peskov)

L'appoggio fornito alle opposizioni in Siria non può che portare a una ulteriore destabilizzazione nel paese, creando uno spazio d'azione per gli estremisti dello Stato islamico.
Lo ha detto il portavoce del Cremlino Dmitri Peskov ai giornalisti locali. Mosca, ha spiegato Peskov, "ha ripetutamente segnalato che gli aiuti all'opposizione in Siria, in particolar modo quelli finanziari o tecnici, portano a una ulteriore destabilizzazione della situazione nel paese". 

IN questo modo, sottolinea Peskov, "che crea una situazione che può essere usata dai terroristi del cosiddetto Stato islamico" dal momento che "una leadership indebolita perde il potere di arrestare la crescita" del Califfato.

Washington aiding Syria's opposition will lead to further destabilization in the country, creating a situation that could be exploited by the Islamic State extremist group, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday.

"Of course, Moscow has repeatedly stressed that the aid, especially financial or technical, to the opposition in Syria, leads to further destabilization of the situation in the country. This essentially creates a situation which could be used by terrorists from the so-called Islamic State, as the weakened leadership simply loses its potential to stop the growth of the Islamic State," Peskov told reporters.
