German government plan to give Peshmerga forces more armored vehicles and anti-tank missiles

German government is willing to continue providing Peshmerga battling IS terrorists with weapons for the coming six months.

German government plan to give Peshmerga forces more Dingo armored vehicles, MILAN anti-tank missiles and automatic assault rifles.  It is planned to give  200 MILAN anti-tank missiles, 4,000 automatic assault rifles and five Dingo vehicles.

Germany have been aiding the Peshmerga for more than a year. It has sent a total sum of 1,800 tons of weapons to Peshmerga so far.

“Germany and other countries should continue their assistance to the Peshmerga forces in the fight against ISIS,” said Merkel speaking to German parliament.
