Turkey will participate in Mosul offensive: The Turkish Army does not take orders from the Iraqi PM

Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, announced on Tuesday that his armed forces will participate in the upcoming Mosul offensive, despite objections from the Iraqi government.

"The Turkish Army does not take orders from the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi," Erdogan asserted on Tuesday.

Baghdad has warned the Turkish regime about their illegal presence in northern Iraq; however, Ankara has dismissed these warnings.
