Russian humanitarian aid convoy arrives to Aleppo

A convoy of Russian humanitarian aid arrived on Sunday to Aleppo city to be distributed among the families of eastern neighborhoods who are currently residing in temporary housing centers.


A relief official at Hmeimim-based Russian Coordination Center said that the convoy includes 33 trucks loaded with medical and food aid in addition to clothes and other supplies.

He pointed out that the Russian aid aims at offering assistance and support for the families of the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city in order to help them return to their normal lives.
