Bosnie-Herzégovine : «Une situation compliquée car les trois parties sont opposées l’une à l’autre»

 La crainte d'un nouveau conflit plane en Bosnie-Herzégovine. Vingt-six ans après la guerre, la gouvernance tripartite entre Serbes, Bosniaques et Croates, imposée par les accords de Dayton, reste contestée alors que des élections doivent se tenir en 2022. 

Face aux velléités d'autonomie des Serbes, Washington menace son représentant de sanctions. Filip Rodic, rédacteur en chef adjoint du magazine Pecat, apporte son éclairage.
