ICRC Romanian office suspends humanitarian aid shipment to Odessa - Defense Ministry - TASS

The Romanian office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) suspends its humanitarian shipments to Odessa over mass theft of food and medicine by local officials, Russian National Defense Control Center head Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev said Thursday.

"International organizations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross (Romanian office) suspend all humanitarian aid shipments over mass theft of shipped food and medicine by official of the city and regional military administrations," said Mizintsev, who also leads Russian inter-agency headquarters for humanitarian response.
