Three soldiers martyred, seven others wounded in Israeli aggression on Damascus – SANA

The Israeli enemy carried out at 12:32 a.m. an aggression with bursts of missiles from the direction of occupied Syrian Golan, targeting some points in the vicinity of Damascus.

The Syrian Army air defense confronted the aggression’s missiles and shot down some of them, according to a military source.

Three soldiers martyred, seven others injured and material damages were documented due to the aggression, the source concluded.

The Syrian air defenses responded to an Israeli missile strike on the Syrian capital of Damascus at late night on Thursday, reported the state news agency SANA.

Explosions were heard in Damascus after the Israeli attack and the firing of the Syrian air defense missiles, it said.

The Israeli attack targetted sites in the urban and rural areas of Damascus, according to the report.

Israel has repeatedly targeted Syrian military sites during the 11-year Syrian civil war under the pretext of targeting pro-Iran militias.
