Russia not using full potential in Ukraine, says Chechen leader

The Russian Armed Forces are not using their full potential in the special military operation in Ukraine, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said on Monday.

"If we had started at least [at] 20%, all these cities that we see, all the places where they are deployed, there would be no one left," Kadyrov said in an interview with the ‘60 Minutes’ political talk show on the Rossiya-1 television channel.

According to him, Russia may run out of patience if the situation does not change.

"[We should] let the Ukrainian people draw their own conclusion. <...> If this continues and they keep shooting at our territory, our patience will run out and [we] will be given an order to end things quickly. We pity them 100% for now," the Chechen leader added.
