Ukraine may attack Transnistria under Maia Sandu’s consent, ex-President says

 The Ukrainian military may attack the unrecognized state of Transnistria under consent from Moldovan President Maia Sandu, former Moldovan President Igor Dodon said in an interview for the national media Monday.
"Can the Ukrainians attack Transnistria? Yes, they can - under either silent or open consent from Maia Sandu," Dodon said.

He expressed his hope that "the head of Moldova will have enough wisdom to prevent a war inside the country.".
