"At 01:47 am, there were a number of loud explosions in the regional center, temporarily occupied by the regime [of Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky," he wrote on his Telegram channel. "They were heard in different areas of the city, with the loudest of them being in the Zavodskoy and the Shevchenkovsky districts," he specified.
Rogov promised to provide details later.
Sounds of explosions were heard in the Ukraine-controlled city of Zaporizhzhia late on Saturday night, Vladimir Rogov, a senior official of the Zaporizhzhia regional administration, said.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
