L'homme qui a abattu l'avion russe le 24 novembre avait reçu un ordre venu d'en haut, a déclaré à RT Elmar Giemulla, spécialiste allemand en droit aérien. L'expert doute que cette démarche de la Turquie ait été spontanée.
"Le Su-24 n'a pas violé mais juste frôlé l'espace aérien turc, s'il l'a vraiment fait. Des choses pareilles arrivent régulièrement. Une action préméditée qui présente une menace pour le pays est considérée comme une violation du droit international. Dans ce cas-là, il n'y a eu rien de tel", a indiqué le juriste.
"Si un avion d'un Etat étranger viole les limites de votre espace aérien sans avoir obtenu l'aval des autorités, vous avez certes le droit de le faire atterrir ou de le forcer à quitter votre espace aérien. Ce bombardier a quitté de son bon gré l'espace aérien turc, il n'y avait donc aucune raison de prendre des mesures coercitives.
