In the southern coast of Thailand have found the wreckage of the aircraft according to Reuters citing a local official. Presumably found may belong to the Malaysian part of the “Boeing” which disappeared over the Indian Ocean in March 2014.
Curved metal fragments washed ashore in the province of Nakhon Si Thammarat. “Local residents have found a fragment of about two meters wide and three meters long” – said the official noting that they reported the discovery to the authorities.
Thai media have suggested that the fragment belongs to the “Boeing-777” to follow the flight MH370. Official confirmation of this information is not followed.
The official said that the chip also considered fishers. By the number of shells on the surface of the fragment they concluded that the fragment was in the water not more than a year...

A large piece of curved metal washed ashore in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, Tanyapat Patthikongpan, head of Pak Phanang district, told Reuters.
Villagers reported it to authorities for identification, he said.

ReplyDeleteMalaysia will contact the Thai authorities over the suspected "plane wreckage" found off the coast of southern Thailand, which is not confirmed to be from the missing Malaysian Airline MH370, local media reported on Sunday.
"It is still speculation right now," Malaysian Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai told local English newspaper The Star, saying that he has instructed the Department of Civil Aviation to contact its Thai counterpart for verification.
