United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Tuesday placed responsibility for the April 27 airstrike on a hospital in the Syrian city of Aleppo on the country’s government troops.
Ban spoke at a UN Security Council meeting.
Earlier, the UN Secretariat said they do not have exact information regarding who is responsible for the airstrike.
