The UN Secretary General has condemned Iran’s missile tests

UN Secretary-General ban Ki-moon said that Iran’s testing of ballistic missiles is contrary to the spirit of the agreement on the nuclear program between Tehran and Western powers.

While ban Ki-moon said that the decision violated the Iran deal have to accept only the UN security Council, reported Reuters.

In a report to the UN security Council, ban Ki-moon also noted that calls on Tehran to abandon testing of ballistic missiles, as such actions will lead to escalation of tension in the region.

Earlier, the US, UK, France and Germany appealed to the UN Secretary General with a demand to conduct a discussion of the response to missile tests. In the letter, these countries stressed that Iran has missiles designed for nuclear warheads. In response, ban Ki-moon has ignored this point.

Recall that German intelligence «Federal Agency for the protection of the Constitution recently reported of not stopping Iran’s activities in the field of military nuclear program. The German government has not yet said what action to take in connection with this report, although Chancellor Angela Merkel has accused Tehran of violating UN security Council resolutions.

UN Secretary General uses international laws as a matter of policy. you should read the Resolution 2231 (2015)-Adopted by the Security Council & Annexes, at least for one time. it said that activity related to ballistic missiles which are designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons must be stopped. Are you sure that the tested missiles are capable of that? what is your evidences? Why Iran that after implementation of JCPOA, don't have enriched nuclear stuff, test a nuclear missile?
